Please note the following information regarding the COA Membership Certificates:

The COA Membership Certificate is ONLY issued to certify that the Annual COA Membership Fee has been paid.

The Membership Certificate does NOT indicate any approval of equipment, services or systems. It is NOT a quality or safety certificate.

The Certificate can only be issued after the payment for the Membership Fee has been received into the COA Bank Account.

The Certificate covers the period from 1 January to 31 December. It cannot be issued before 5 January 2014.

Only ONE Certificate in ONE company name (the name on the membership invoice or the COA Website) can be issued.

After the Certificate has been issued, NO FURTHER CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
