Participation in the Annual Meeting is free of charge for COA members. We look forward to welcoming members and industry colleagues for an afternoon of discussion, networking and updates on the Association’s principal technical and commercial initiatives.

Agenda and timetable
The Annual Meeting will begin at 12:00 with a Networking Lunch. Conference sessions will then take place from 13:30 to 17:30.
The programme will address current issues and initiatives relevant to container owners, leasing companies, manufacturers, operators, depots, suppliers and other industry stakeholders. Topics will include:
- Container coatings
- Container refrigeration, including the status and potential impact of PFAS regulations
- Development, management and governance of the Reefer Telematics Universal Data Model
- Further development of the COA CEDEX system
- Launch of the COA Survey Photograph Standard
- Flexitank initiatives
- Other technical, regulatory and operational matters of importance to COA members

The COA has negotiated a special accommodation rate at the Hilton Rotterdam for delegates attending the Annual Meeting and Intermodal Europe.
