COA Conferences, Webinars and Exhibitions

The Container Owners Association will be arranging a number of Events for its Members in 2026.
To assist you with your planning for the year ahead, please note the following dates:

1. COA Technical Webinars (January – April 2026)

• The COA will again be organising a series of Technical Webinars for its Members.
• The schedule for the first four months of the year is as follows:

– Reefer Refrigerant Webinar – Tuesday 27 January
– Survey Photograph Standard – Tuesday 10 February
– Container Coatings Technology – Tuesday 24 March
– CEDEX Syntax – Tuesday 14 April

Details of the first webinar (Reefer Refrigerants), including Agenda and Registration, will be sent by separate email.

2. COA Container Pavilion at Intermodal Asia, Shanghai (22-24 April)

• Intermodal Asia 2026 takes place in Shanghai from 22-24 April – click HERE for further information
• The COA will be organising its Container Pavilion at the Show – this will be an important meeting-place for COA Members and Industry Stakeholders

3. 2026 COA Members Conference and Networking Meeting – Rotterdam, Monday 9 November

• The COA’s Annual Conference and Networking Meeting will take place at the Hilton Hotel, Rotterdam on Monday 9 November
• The Meeting will commence with a Buffet Lunch, from 12:30 – 13:00, followed by conference sessions in the afternoon, covering a range of COA Projects and Container Industry topics
• It will conclude with a Networking “Welcome to Rotterdam” Cocktail Reception, directly after the conference
• Sponsorship Opportunities are available for the Welcome Lunch, Refreshment Breaks and Cocktail Reception – further details from Kate on kate@containerownersassociation.org
• Special Room Rates for COA members wishing to stay at the Hilton will be arranged
• Conference Registration will be opened during the last week of April

4. COA Container Pavilion at Intermodal Europe, Rotterdam (10-12 November)

• Rotterdam is the venue for this year’s Intermodal Europe exhibition, taking place at the Ahoy from 10-12 November – click HERE for further information
• The COA will be organising its Container Pavilion at the Show – a busy meeting-place for COA Members and Industry Stakeholders to meet customers and business partners
• Companies wishing to benefit from the COA Container Pavilion Sponsorship Package – please contact Kate at kate@containerownersassociation.org
• As demand for Sponsorship is already very high – and as there are a limited number of Sponsorship Spaces available – we recommend you make your reservation as soon as possible
